Came here for my first ever brow lamination, unfortunately left with a really disappointing result. I contacted Bec and she was amazing in doing what she could to resolve. She was very caring and understanding. I can’t wait to give this place a second chance in the new year.

Had an eyebrow wax at Empire, the lady mapped my brows on my face and showed me before starting which was great! The end result was fantastic and just what I was hoping for, love it. Very calming atmosphere and well priced.
