Dr Gilette did an AMAZING reconstructive revision rhinoplasty on my wife's nose.Originally, it had been badly damaged in a vehicle accident and then by a pseudomonas infection and further infections resulting from previous reconstructive attempts with a silicone implant.Dr Gilette managed to reconstruct the bridge using rib cartilage and bone grafts to appear almost like her original. He claimed this is the surest way to avoid rejection of the implant and future infection, considering her complicated history. She had an open rhinoplasty.It has only been just over a week and there is still much swelling but we are very pleased with the result so far.The fixes to the tip are relatively good. He managed to recapture the impression of her original tip. However, there may still be need for some minor revision of the nostrils next year - he did warn us of this prior to the surgery. Ultimately, we are happy with the surgery and Dr Gilette's transparency.My wife also expresses greater functionality with her new nose. Due to the damage, her breathing had been restricted but since the surgery she says this has resolved.We highly recommend Dr Gilette for any difficult reconstructive surgery. He takes extra care and has good attention to detail. An extremely generous, humble and trustworthy man. We highly recommend him, he is a true professional and skilled plastic surgeon!

Dr Gillette did a wonderful job reconstructing my nose with rib bone and rib cartilage. My nose had been damaged originally in a vehicle accident and then by infection. He managed to rebuild the bridge to have a likeness to my original. I am relatively happy with the result. It is now a month post-op, there is still swelling in the tissues but the shape and appearance is beginning to be apparent. I recommend dr gilette to anyone with a complicated case.

From the moment I stepped into Dr Gillett's office I felt extremely comfortable. Senka and Lana were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dr Gillett was extremely informative and I could tell that his main concern was that we were both on the same page about what I wanted and what could be achieved.Dr Gillett was very patient and it never seemed like a hassle when I asked him so many questions and he made me feel at ease when I had any concerns.My rhinoplasty was extremely successful. My nose fits my face beautifully and I can finally breathe. I have had so many compliments from so many people and I am only 5 weeks post op. Can't wait to see my result when all the swelling and healing is over.I would highly recommend Dr Gillett to anyone looking for a fantastic plastic surgeon. I had rhinoplasty preformed by Dr David Gillett. He has good communication skills and walked me through the surgery. I thought I was in good hands but then I had the surgery and my nose looked nothing like he said it would. My nose looked a little better but he did nothing with the tip of the nose so it looked like he had only completed half the surgery. I would definitely not recommend this surgeon to anyone.
