Amazing group of professional and dedicated staff from reception, to nursing staff to the wonderful doctors.As soon as you enter the reception staff make you feel welcome.The doctor (Dr Hu ) really listens to you and makes you feel at ease.They explain everything that you need to know and make sure you understand.There is a pathology on-site and imaging service in close proximity.I have been a patient here since they opened and are extremely happy with this surgery.I have no hesitation in recommending them.Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very friendly and experienced staff. Had to get blood work done. I have serious needle phobia and deep hard to find veins. The nurse just brilliant and very patiently took the time to find a vein and put me at ease with her genuine caring demeanour and didn't hurt or bruise me like everyone else has done in the past and the GP Dr Sinhg is thorough professional

This Doctor's Practice is very well maintained. It has a nurse's station, and a blood collection office, all in one place.My Dr Hu is a caring, friendly, and compassionate doctor, who has my best interest, for my medical needs.I'm so blessed to have found Hale Road Medical Centre in my area, and have such an awesome Doctor.The receptionist's are lovely, and friendly, and they bulk bill, as well as have a good price with a Medicare rebate, for a service that is worth it.Your health.

Excellent service from all staff. Clean surgery and open space. I did not feel claustrophobic. I appreciate that due to medicare legislation the surgery had to start charging private bill. But I am happy that I get high quality care.

Well I think this business speaks for itself in the fact that one of the doctors who is also the owner of this practice has got his wife to leave a fake positive review pretending to be a patient. How humiliating and also against google reviews policy.Yes I’m sure she can “appreciate” the “Medicare legislation” as the extra money the owner is now taking from all patients including little children and the frail elderly is going directly into her pocket. Shameful.I do wonder about this so called legislation as there are other places who do bulk bill everyone, I’m sure those doctors aren’t working for a pittance as this place would have you believe bulk billing does.
